Charges for VyomXpress services are billed directly by VyomXpress and may be processed independently from the platform through which the vendor accesses our services.
By using VyomXpress services, vendors acknowledge and agree that shipping, logistics, fulfillment, and related service fees may be invoiced directly by VyomXpress according to the applicable service agreement.

Removing, disconnecting, or uninstalling any integration, application, or partner platform connection does not automatically waive any outstanding logistics charges, shipping fees, wallet dues, or invoices that have already been incurred or generated..
Shipping and logistics services that have already been rendered are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to applicable service terms and operational conditions.
